Oakville is home to the Cardinale Estate as well as To Kalon Vineyard. Wine from To Kalon contributes primarily to the middle body, or textural component, of the blend, filling in the spaces left by the more powerful mountain wines. It also offers rich black cherry, spice, and cocoa aromatically and on the palate.
To Kalon is present in the blends of the 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 vintages.
