100 Points - Wine Enthusiast Magazine has just announced a rare perfect score, its first for 2010, to Cardinale Winery's 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon. "Our vineyard team strives to grow grapes that reflect the character of each vineyard and appellation. We use a variety of practices to coax the optimal fruit out of each vineyard with the goal to produce wines of outstanding quality that only improve with age, whether they are tasted today or 10 years from now. That being said, it is hard to beat a 100 point score, though with this wine that is ultimately what we hope to do." Chris Carpenter, Winemaker
