Taste the current release to discover this wine's unique marriage of power and finesse. A selection of artisan cheeses and cured meats complements the wine, and an experienced wine educator explains the artistic sensibility of our winemaker-the secret behind the wine's full expression of its mountain terroir.

Wine and Food Dynamics Tasting:
Our Sommelier will lead you to the five main components of taste and how they apply to wine and food pairing. Your knowledgeable host will give you basic principles sure to enhance all of your future wine and food experiences. A selection of artisan cheeses and cured meats will conclude your tasting.

Estate Vertical:
Taste the legacy of Cardinale with older vintages through the current release. A wine educator points out each vintage's unique personality and shares our estate philosophy from vineyard to bottle.

Winemaker Chris Carpenter's Library Tasting:
Experience select vintages from our wine library, carefully chosen by our winemaker. In this private tasting, he'll personally detail our estate story as well as the growing conditions for each vintage that influenced his artistic decisions.

Cardinale Cellar Tour:
Experience harvest up close with a cellar tour. As you taste wine right from the Fermentation tank, a wine educator highlights the artful handcrafting behind every vintage of Cardinale. Round things out by tasting the current release with a selection of artisan cheeses.
